YouTube plays 1080P on PC but YTDPro only downloading 360P

I am using ChrisPC VideoTube Downloader Pro - long time user

I was trying to download from a number of YouTube channels recently and find that I can play the YouTube videos on my PC at 1080p - so the streams must be there - but when going to download them, they only come up in the app as 360p that will be downloaded.

One such example is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-H6I60wkfQ

I have the "Apply quality setting always as "1080p HD - MP4 H.264 High"

Any help getting to the bottom of the issue would be appreciated

YouTube made changes. When this happens restart the VideoTube or wait for 15-30 minutes.

This still appears to be happening. Here are two links:
- the one in the earlier email is still doing the same, and

Both can play on my PC at 1080P but ChrisPC VideoTube Downloader Pro only wants to download them at 360P (see Screenshot attachment)

Both the PC and program have been restarted many time with the same result

Make sure you are using latest version 11.12.28.

Same thing happening. Updating to 11.12.28 made no difference

The video qualities are detected, you can select the one you want by clicking on the right side of "Select quality" label.

I have the "Apply quality setting always as "1080p HD - MP4 H.264 High"

Also set this to MP4 DASH format like "1080p HD - MP4 DASH" or higher 2160p HD

I think this my misunderstanding, I thought that setting below
Meant that you got that quality if available, I didn't realise that you could set individual quality
