MP3 Pro converter Cannot download new version

Hi Chris, I can not download my new version of MP# Pro Converter, my computer keeps saying Download failed File corrupt.
What is happening and how can I get this fixed?

Hi.
Try to clear your browser cache files and try again.
If it happens again try to download using another browser, like EDGE, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

My pro version has been working great until last week. Now it downloads the video titles to the pro converter, and then immediately another window pops up and says " can't download video". It does that for each video I try to download. I've tried several different videos and categories. Any suggestions??

Make sure you are running latest version of the software 5.04.27:
