UKTVPlay Application error

Downloading from UKTVPlay and on adding episodes to Link Finder Expert, I receive an Application Error box as seen in image, can you offer assistance? Using version 14.24.0420

This error appears when you set the browser player to fullscreen, try to maximize Link Finder Expert window instead.
