Rip off having to pay for upgrade from version 7xx to 8xx

Post by gcn2234 »

Bought version 7xx Pro - doesn't support DMR - version 8xx fixes this bug yet have to pay another $US44 to upgrade. This is basically a bug fix its a rip off have to keep paying another $US44 every time a bug fix is made - bullshit

We have sent to all our customers an upgrade offer by email in August.

DRM is a protection of video streams (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_rights_management) and our software does NOT download protected video files no matter which version you use.

If your video website has changed its format or video streaming mode after a few months, its not our fault. You can still try to use the Link Finder engine to detect/download your video:

I don't recall receiving an upgrade offer... In fact I emailed directly to see if it was possible to upgrade from 7 for a discount due to having paid out for something that lasted waaaaay less than a year before becoming obsolete. I didn't receive a reply!

and always posts that are obviously uncomfortable ChrisPC are deleted from the Forum. Do you have such a big fear of open opinions?

We clean topics from time to time and if the posts are not relevant to the topic they get deleted.
